Dubber has now completed the Cloud Security Alliance Security, Trust & Assurance Registry (CSA STAR) Self-Assessment, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to cloud security excellence.

This self-assessment signifies our proactive stance in evaluating and documenting the security controls and practices we have implemented to protect our cloud environments.

This transparency is crucial for fostering trust and demonstrating our dedication to protecting the data entrusted to us.

As part of Dubber's continuous commitment to Trust, Privacy and Responsible AI, Dubber's Zero Data Retention (ZDR) statement is now available in our Trust Centre.

Zero Data Retention (ZDR) refers to the principle of ensuring personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This statement outlines how this principle applies to AI processing by Dubber and our sub-processors.

Dubber is extending the reach of its standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to have global applicability. The new Global Dubber DPA covers all regions where Dubber process personal data to provide services to customers (“Customer Regions”). It is designed to assist you in meeting requirements outlined in data protection laws in all Customer Regions, eliminating the need for individual country-specific data processing agreements for each location where Dubber's services are employed. With the introduction of the Global Dubber DPA, we aim to streamline contracting processes and reduce the time spent entering into DPAs or data processing addendums on a country-by-country basis.

If you've already signed a Data Processing Agreement with us or your Dubber Services Agreement includes a data processing addendum, you can continue relying on them to fulfil data processing requirements. The new Global Dubber DPA would apply to you if you sign a new Services Agreement with us incorporating it.

Dubber is dedicated to constant innovation to assist you in meeting compliance obligations across all your operational areas. We are confident that this expanded Global Dubber DPA will prove valuable on your compliance journey.

Dubber engaged Orro Group to conduct an external facing pen test in October 2023. No High or Critical findings were identified. You can access our new report and attestation through our Trust Center.

Responsible AI is a core part of Dubber’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Policies. Dubber follows a set of internal Responsible AI Principles to ensure that our AI design and development practices are safe, fair and transparent and compliant with applicable legislations.

We want our customers to know that Dubber is not impacted by these vulnerabilities.

Dubber does not use any versions of NetScaler ADC (formerly Citrix ADC) and NetScaler Gateway (Formerly Citrix Gateway) in Dubber Products and Services therefore the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems remain unharmed.
